BESPOKE CRECHE SERVICES
We will set up a creche at your venue with all the toys and equipment provided. Tents, books, train sets, cars, dinosaurs, tv, DVDs, music, bubbles, dolls, balls, puzzles and lots more.
We provide good quality age-appropriate toys for all children aged 0-teen.
Children attending the event/ceremony can be brought into the creche at any point throughout the day or evening such as while speeches, the first dance, photos, etc. are taking place.
Staff attending your event can be as discrete as you like. We can wear our Foxcub Childcare uniforms, or smart clothes to blend in. We are there to help the children be part of the day but also provide time out for the parents.
We follow your child’s routine as much as needed, so we can feed the children, change them if parents require, bathe them and put them to bed. Whatever is required, nothing will be too much trouble.
We aim to provide a high-quality childcare experience, allowing all family and friends to have a stress-free and fun day.
We work with OFSTED ratio guidelines for numbers of adults to children so you can be assured of the right number of childcarers for the event.
wedding creche
During a wedding ceremony, meal and speeches children are expected to be quiet and still. We can provide a service for the day or night to help support the plans for the day, evening, and even the morning after so children can be a part of it but also be entertained at the times needed.
Children get hungry and can’t always wait for formalities such as photos or speeches etc. We can feed the wedding breakfast meal or picnic-style food to the children if you or your caterer provide the food (we can provide fruit and snacks at an extra cost)
We also help put children for their day nap, keeping their very important routines the same, providing baby alarms etc. if needed. We can take them for a walk, or to play outside whatever you feel works.
If required an overnight stay can be provided to take care of children the morning after the wedding if needed (accommodation will need to be provided for this service).
event creche
Whether a birthday, anniversary, retirement party or other family event, you want your little ones to be there but also want to enjoy the fun yourself.
Whatever your childcare needs may be, we will create a bespoke service to suit.
As with our Wedding Creche service, we will set up a creche at your venue and provide all the toys and entertainment to keep the children happy and entertained whilst you relax and spend time with friends and family.
The creche can be set up at a specific venue or at your home, either in a spare room or the corner of the room hosting the event.
All required equipment will be provided such as toys, books, chill-out Teepees, and a TV including a selection of DVDs.
Be rest assured your children will be entertained and cared for so everyone can relax and enjoy the event without parents or grandparents having to miss out on any part.
BESPOKE CHILDCARE SERVICES
Foxcub Childcare also provide a nanny service during the day for individual families and/or a nighttime babysitting service with individual needs being taken care of.

Perhaps you have a child who is neurodivergent or has specific needs for ASD, ADHD etc. and you could do with a break but don’t know who to trust.
With Foxcub Childcare having staff with NNEB nursery nurses having over 25 years of childcare experience, first aid trained and experienced with Neurodivergent children, you can be rest assured your precious child will be in the best hands.
We will discuss in depth with you what specific needs your child has and can organise a meet and greet service prior to the day for an extra small charge if needed, so your child/children are familiar with us on the day.

Foxcub Childcare can provide a Nanny sitting service to help with the bedtime routine and sit with your child/children whilst going to sleep.
This service is excellent so Grandparents, friends and family don’t have to miss out on the evening fun.
We can also stay all night if needed so you may nurse that hangover if needed!
With staff having over 25 years of childcare experience, NNEB Nursery Nurse trained, First Aid trained, DBS checked and with a wealth of experience, you can go out, and relax and enjoy yourself knowing your precious ones are in safe hands.
ENTERTAINMENT AND TOY HIRE
entertainment activities
Whether you book a creche or individual nanny, our entertainment activities will be tailored to the ages and needs of your child/children.
We have a variety of activities from toys, books and chill-out teepees to outdoor walks and playtime.
Activity bags can be provided at an additional cost for weddings and events to help keep children entertained when required to sit at a table with other guests.
Whatever your requirements, get in touch and we will provide you with a bespoke personalized service.
TOY HIRE
Ideal for birthday parties and smaller events our toys can also be hired out with no member of staff. A small toy corner can be provided with the cost inclusive of set up and pack away.
We can also provide wedding /table activity bags to help entertain children at the table during events.
All toys and activity bags provided will include small age-appropriate activities for the children attending your event.
