Pricing and Booking
Prices vary depending upon the service required so please let us know your thoughts on the kind of service you may require and for how many children. This can be altered nearer the date but will vary for each event.
Upon receiving information regarding your requirements, we will then provide you with a personalised quote to suit your needs and style of wedding/ event.
All prices include:
Risk assessment of the venue
Set up and pack down of the toys and equipment
Liaising with the venue regarding insurance and access etc,
Questionnaires for every parent using the creche, to gauge routines and knowledge of that child’s routine or medical history.
A meet and greet service before the event can be arranged if required, either face to face or via video call, so children are familiar with us before the event. (there will be a small extra charge for this)
A non-refundable deposit is needed, and only when this has been received your date will be confirmed. Summer dates get booked up well in advance.
Don’t be afraid to share the childcare costs with family and friends, often people are more than happy to chip in for this service.
Mileage will be an extra small charge if out of Bideford North Devon.
